How do I set up phone backups on my Polygon server?

To configure phone backups, navigate to the "Settings" section in the Polygon admin interface. From there, select the "Backup" tab and choose the phones you wish to back up. Set up the backup schedule, which can be daily, weekly, or monthly, depending on your preferences. Make sure to enter the necessary credentials and connection details for your phone.

Where are the photos stored after they are backed up?

Once photos are backed up, they are stored in the "Backups" folder on your Polygon server. Each phone's backups are kept in a subfolder named after the phone's model and the backup date. For example, a backup from a Samsung Galaxy A50 on 2023-04-15 would be stored in a folder named "Samsung_Galaxy_A50_2023-04-15". This structure helps in easily locating specific backups.

Can I access the backed-up photos on my computer?

Yes, you can access the backed-up photos via the Polygon server's file sharing system. Use the file explorer on your computer to connect to the server using the provided IP address and credentials. Navigate to the "Backups" folder to find the photos. Alternatively, you can use SFTP or other file transfer protocols to download specific files if needed.
